What our free water test covers
We perform secondary water testing on site. We check hardness, pH, iron, and chlorine only – the readings we need in order to recommend and correctly size a water softener, iron filter or pH neutralizer for your home.
We do not perform full panel water testing. Full panel, potability and certified laboratory analysis – bacteria, lead, nitrates, VOCs and the like – has to be carried out by a North Carolina state-certified laboratory. That is not a service we offer, and we are not able to collect samples for it.
